Shipping is free worldwide on orders over NZ$1,000*. Every shipment is fully insured, tracked, and requires a signature on delivery.
Once your piece is finished and you've confirmed your delivery address, it's dispatched within two working days. You'll receive a tracking number once the item has been picked up and scanned by the courier.
We can only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO boxes and similar services are not available as delivery options.
If you'd prefer to collect in person, you're welcome to pick up from the Auckland studio instead.
Shipping times vary by destination. These are estimates and are subject to courier and customs delays.
These timeframes are from dispatch, not from the completion of your jewellery.
If you're outside New Zealand and have a specific date you need your ring by, let us know as early as possible and we'll work backwards from it.
We'll factor in both production and shipping to give you a realistic answer on whether the date is achievable. In some cases, meeting a tight deadline may require expedited production, which comes with an additional fee. We'll confirm any costs before you commit. Prices on the website include taxes except for those listed below.
For most countries (see exclusion list below), we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means import duties and taxes are covered and there's nothing to pay on arrival.
US orders: Depending on your state, local sales tax may apply and will be added at checkout.
A small number of countries are excluded from DDP because our shipping partner doesn't support it for those destinations. If you're ordering from one of the countries listed below, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and will be your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, or getting in touch with us and we'll confirm where you stand.

If your country isn't on the exclusion list and isn't on the list of countries we don't ship to, duties and taxes are included.
