Jewellery that's worn every day needs looking after now and then. 

Some aftercare comes with your jewellery, at no cost.

Your First Resize

One complimentary resize is included within 12 months of receiving your ring.

Some designs, including engraved or highly detailed rings, may not be eligible. Alternative metals such as titanium and zirconium also cannot be resized using traditional methods.

The resize remains complimentary for overseas customers, but shipping is not included.

A Lifetime Annual Service

Rings purchased for more than NZ$3,000 include a lifetime care plan with one complimentary service each year.

We will professionally clean your ring, inspect the stones and settings, tighten claws where needed, and advise you of any recommended maintenance.

Quoted Services

All other work will be assessed and quoted before we proceed, including:

  • Repairs to damage from wear or accidents
  • Resizes after your first free one, or beyond two sizes
  • Rhodium re-plating on white gold
  • Re-polishing
  • Any other servicing your jewellery needs

Costs depend on the jewellery and the work required. Once we have assessed your piece, we will provide an exact quote for approval. No work will begin without your confirmation.

How It Works

  1. Contact Us. Tell us what your jewellery needs.
  2. We'll confirm the details. You'll hear back from us with next steps, including how to get your jewellery to us. You can drop it off at the Auckland studio, or we'll arrange insured shipping. Shipping for servicing typically costs NZ$20–$40 each way, depending on the value of the piece within NZ.
  3. We assess and quote. If the work is covered, it's free. If it's not, we'll send you a quote to approve before anything is done.
  4. The work is done. Resizing and prong tightening typically up to ten business days from when we receive your jewellery. We'll confirm timeframes for other work in your quote.
  5. Your jewellery comes back to you. Collect it from the studio or have it shipped back, insured, with a signature on delivery.
