Every piece we make is made to order for you.
We work in a queue as orders are confirmed and will have your order ready in eight weeks from when your order is confirmed.
If you are purchasing online, your order will be ready within eight weeks from when you receive an order confirmation email. If you are working with our team, it's from when the production deposit is paid and confirmed.
To clarify, the eight weeks does not include delivery time if you are having the piece delivered to you. You can see our Shipping page to see standard delivery times.
If are working toward a deadline — a proposal, an anniversary, a wedding, a flight — tell us early.
We'll work out if thats achievable, what the cut off dates are and if any rush fees apply (see below)

If you're buying on the website, the rush option and fee are selectable when you are configuring your piece.
If you're working with our team, we will tell you the fee and it will be added to your final invoice.
The rush options depend on the design using standard materials. Some pieces can't be built or sourced that fast, and we'll flag it if yours is one of them.
Rush timing runs from the day the production deposit is paid, not from your first enquiry. If you're going through one of the design pathways, you will need to factor in design and sourcing time.
For Bespoke and Customise pieces you will need to allow additional time before production begins.
Design typically takes one to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and how many revision rounds we go through.
Sourcing is usually around a week for standard materials and lab-grown stones. Specific natural diamonds or particular natural stones take longer - sometimes considerably longer, depending on what you're after.
Send the date you need the ring ready by. We'll map out how long design and sourcing will likely take, work backwards from your date, and let you know what rush fee (if any) will get you there. If the deadline isn't achievable, we'll tell you.
We can achieve most deadlines, its just about planning the pathway and what materials and designs are realistic.
