Whether you can return a piece depends on how it was made. This page covers what's returnable, what's not, and how the process works.

Collection pieces purchased through the website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of collection or confirmation of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
The following are non-returnable:
Custom Creations are made to your specifications and cannot be returned. What determines returnability is whether a design process took place, not how the piece was purchased or what it looks like. If you're unhappy with a Custom Creation, get in touch.
Because every Collection piece is made to order, a recycling fee of 15% of the purchase price applies to any return or exchange of a Collection piece. This covers the cost of returning the piece to a condition where the materials can be reused.
Contact us within 14 days of receiving the piece and we'll provide return instructions. Once we've received and inspected the piece, we'll process the refund or exchange.
Refunds go to the original payment method and can take up to 20 working days. Transaction and credit card processing fees are not refundable.
Where we provide a return label, loss in transit is covered. Where you arrange your own shipping, we recommend a tracked and insured courier.
Ordering multiple pieces with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest isn't permitted. If you're deciding between options, get in touch before you order.
If there's a defect in how your piece was made, that's a warranty matter, not a returns matter. The warranty applies to all pieces regardless of category and has no time limit. Read about the warranty.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
