• Do you only work with lab grown diamonds?

  No. We work with diamonds (lab grown or recycled), moissanites and coloured gemstones (natural & lab).

  We can make any piece of fine jewellery - wedding bands, rings, pendants, necklaces, earrings, bracelets - if its physically possible, we can make it.

• Is there a warranty or guarantee?

  We work with customers around the world and ship insured end-to-end throughout New Zealand and worldwide.

• Do you offer GST free?

  Yes, if you’re flying overseas we offer GST purchases from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown international airports. Talk to your designer about this option.

• How to clean engagement rings?

  While many will pay for professional jewellery cleaning services, you can actually clean your engagement ring at home. Before you grab an ultrasonic or steam cleaner, think again. These machines can damage your pieces in various ways.
