• Can I customise any of these designs?

  Yes! Every piece is adaptable, from minor tweaks to major changes. Tell us your preferred design and get in touch to start the process.

• How do I purchase a collection?

  Get in touch to start the process and tell us your preferred design (eg D-002). If you want to make modifications, that's welcome too.

  We can work with any budget, and all our pieces are custom-made within 6-8 weeks.

• Can I see your past designs?

  Yes! We regularly post past designs on our Instagram and TikTok pages.

  If you are looking for specific inspiration, feel free to book an appointment and we can work together on exploring your vision.

• Can I see images of the rings being worn or in natural light?

  For lifestyle and on-hand photos, check out our Instagram.

  To see our rings up close, book an appointment at our Auckland Studio. We offer over 50+ samples for you to experience.

• Does custom cost extra?

  Nope. All our rings are made to order so custom doesn’t any extra than buying off the shelf!

• What do most people customise in their rings

  Common customisations can include:

  • Adjusting the center stone's size, like moving from 1ct to 2ct.

  • Swapping metals, say, from Yellow Gold to Platinum.

  • Incorporating added details such as hidden halos, birthstones, or unique settings.

  • Switching gemstones – considering coloured lab diamonds, specific gemstones, or moissanite.

  • Opting for thicker bands.

  Whether it's a subtle tweak, a comprehensive transformation, or starting anew, we're here to bring your vision to life.

• Do you only make engagement rings?

  We can make any piece of fine jewellery - wedding bands, rings, pendants, necklaces, earrings, bracelets - if its physically possible, we can make it.

• Do you only work with lab grown diamonds?

  No. We work with diamonds (lab grown or recycled), moissanites and coloured gemstones (natural & lab).

• Are there finance options?

  Yes, we offer 12 months of interest-free finance through our financing partner Gilrose. Talk to your design consultant about setting this up.

• Do you have a showroom?

  We do have a showroom up in Auckland. We would love to invite you in!

  If you are busy with work or don’t want to get caught, our face-to-face consultation can happen over Zoom.

  It also means that you can schedule a time that works for you — at work or at home. All visits are by appointment only. Book an appointment today, online or in-person.

• Are you NZ owned and operated?

  Yes! Four Words is completely New Zealand-owned and operated.

• Do you offer GST free?

  Yes, if you’re flying overseas we offer GST purchases from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown international airports. Talk to your designer about this option.
