Priority Crafting
If you already know what you want, we can fast-track your piece – as quickly as 10 days depending on the design, materials, and stone.
Fill out the form below and we’ll chat through what’s possible.
Priority Crafting Fees
Under 2 weeks – $750 Rush Fee
Under 3 weeks – $550 Rush Fee
Under 5 weeks – $350 Rush Fee
Around 6 weeks — $150 Rush Fee
Rush fees cover the extra production time and express services needed to fast-track your piece – while still meeting our craftsmanship standards.
To keep timelines on track, we’ll need same-day or next-day approval on your design. You’ll get one round of small tweaks included – major changes allowed, but may extend your timeline (we’ll always tell you upfront).
FAQs
Most engagement rings and wedding bands – including solitaires, three-stone designs, and pave bands. Pieces using standard stones and metals are usually the quickest to fast-track.

We’ll confirm availability and the best timeline for your piece.
Yes — if we know upfront the stone you’re after (shape, size, type), we can usually source it quickly through our partners or use one already in our inventory, including diamonds, moissanites, lab-grown gemstones, and some custom cuts.
If a specific stone can’t be sourced within your required timeline, we’ll let you know immediately and offer suitable alternatives.
Whether selected from our inventory or sourced through our partners, every stone goes through our full quality-check process, so there’s never any compromise in quality.
Yes.
Contact your design consultant as soon as possible and we’ll confirm whether your design can be moved into a priority schedule.
Yes – We regularly ship finished pieces worldwide via DHL Express, which typically delivers in:
Australia: 1–2 business days
USA: 1–4 business days
UK & Europe: 3–5 business days
Asia: 1–3 business days
Shipping is tracked, insured, and signature-required. Rush timeframes refer to crafting; allow additional time for courier delivery.
Most designs can be rushed, but highly detailed styles, complex halos, or rare stones may need more time.
If your design has any limitations, we’ll flag them upfront.
Minor tweaks are usually fine.
Major changes or redesigns may extend your timeline – we’ll always let you know before anything is confirmed.
Rush fees are added to your order total and paid at the time your design is approved. Because your piece immediately enters a priority schedule, rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.
Yes – if you’re flying internationally out of Auckland, Christchurch, or Wellington, you can collect your piece duty-free at the airport.
Just let us know your departure date and flight details when you enquire. We’ll confirm whether your timeline works for both priority crafting and duty-free pickup.
